HOW TO JOIN THE COALITION
Join over over 122 other companies committed to hiring Veterans.Apply Now
Our goal is to grow the Veteran Jobs Mission with like-minded companies that share our commitment to hiring U.S. military Veterans and their spouses. There is no cost to join the Veteran Jobs Mission and no hiring quota. Members make a commitment to hire Veterans, report Veteran hires on a quarterly basis, attend regularly scheduled face-to-face meetings and share best practices relating to Veterans initiatives. Members are required to sign a memorandum of understanding which outlines the aforementioned core tenants of membership.
If your company meets the commitment requirements and has 10,000 or more employees, please submit a quick and simple application form. This is not a commitment to join, but a way to initiate the conversation with our team.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Employers benefit by exchanging knowledge, information and leading practices. This is beneficial to companies that are looking to launch a Veteran hiring initiative or enhance an existing program. The Veteran Jobs Mission companies discuss leading practices around the entire employment continuum, from recruiting and hiring to onboarding and retaining. Member companies also are recognized members of a best-in-class organization and have the opportunity to network with like-minded organizations and thought leaders who are making an impact.
Here are some other resources that coalition members benefit from:
